16.How do I transfer my shares?
For routine transfers, the stock certificate(s) must be signed on the back exactly as the shareholder name is printed on the front of the certificate(s). The signature should be medallion guaranteed by an eligible financial institution, such as a bank or broker. A notarized signature is not adequate. If the shares are held in Joint Tenancy, all holders must sign the stock certificate(s) and have their signatures medallion guaranteed. The stock certificate(s) should then be sent to Wells Fargo Shareowner Services at the address provided above along with an instruction letter indicating the name, address and tax identification number of the new holder. We recommend sending your certificates via registered insured mail. In 1985, a corporate reorganization took place, forming HickoryTech Corporation as the holding company and owner of Mankato Citizens Telephone Company. 18.How do I sell my shares?
If your shares are held in certificate form, you may sell your shares with any registered broker/dealer. If your shares are held in direct registration with Wells Fargo or if you have shares held in the Dividend Reinvestment Program, you may request the sale of all or any whole shares held in your account via phone or by notifying Wells Fargo Shareowner Services in writing. Wells Fargo will make every effort to process your request on the next business day following receipt of your request. You should be aware that the share price of Enventis common stock may fall or rise during the period between a request for sale, its receipt by Wells Fargo and the ultimate sale in the open market.
